We are New York City-based community-arts organization at the forefront of global Hip Hop Education and youth empowerment. We use Hip Hop culture to inspire and transform communities, engage marginalized and disaffected youth and improve youth motivation and achievement. We are committed to critical pedagogy and the creative process as realized through the Hip Hop Elements. Hip Hop Re:Education prepares the next generation of ARTivists to push the envelope artistically and to use each creative effort to advocate for change in their own lives and the greater community.

What's new with the Hip Hop Re:Education Project?

The Hip Hop Re:Education Project is excited to kick-off 2015 with an extremely special announcement: this May we are once again scheduled to participate in the BronxBerlinConnection, a youth Hip Hop exchange program that supports international exchange trips for some of Berlin's and NYC's most deserving young people!

However, we still need your help if we are going to actually make this happen...

We need to raise $12,000 to support 10 young people on this trip...

We are asking you to donate...

Please visit our IndieGoGo campaign page to make a donation or find out more!

Why should you donate? Check out our campaign video!
